Welcome to the CLEARS Central Chapter!

The Central Chapter is made up of Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Mono, Merced, Mariposa, Madera, Fresno, Kinds, Tulare, and Kern Counties. Over 300 members representing management and superision staff of police, sheriff and criminal justice agenceis from throughout the State of California belong to CLEARS.

I am honored to represent the Central Chapter this year as their president. I have greatly benefited from the training provided by the Department of Justice, the Departmento f Motors Vehicles, and the many other qualified trainers throughout the State of California. This training has enhanced my superisory and management skills as well as benefited my department.

By becoming a CLEARS member you will not only benefit from the training but from the networking with members throughout the state. The networking with members is invaluable, especially when you have a question on somthing you're not quite sure how to answer.
